Mayura is our Head of Quality and Customer success. She comes with 15+ years of experience handling strategic clients in software/technology environments and helping clients with end-to-end implementation.
Her role as a quality head ensures our deliverables meet the required quality and standards. Her experience also helps in setting up stringent processes for customer success. Mayura enhances team performance and maximizes customer satisfaction by strategically managing calls and implementing process improvements, utilising her skills in program management, interpersonal communication and administrative oversight. Mayura also oversees our training function and mentors employees to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mayura is based in Pune where she combines a busy working life with a busy home one with her husband and two children!
